Don is one of the best out there. He is on time, he communicates well and he is honest about what needs to be done and why. I've used him for large and small projects at my house and he has impressed me each time. I was happy that he communicated with me during the processes and didn't just do work and hand me an invoice. It is refreshing to see electricians in town that take pride in what they do. I highly recommend him for big and small jobs!

I am so very impressed with Access Electrical. I’m not normally one to give reviews on Google, but the care, integrity and professionalism shown by Don and John compelled me to write today. If you have any electrical need around your house, you need to call Access as soon as you can. You won’t be sorry.

Don did a terrific job installing outdoor security lights. He asked me what kind of lights and I picked them out on his phone. I didn't have to go look for them myself. He is friendly and was very nice to my dogs, which made it easier while he was there working. The lights work great and light up my driveway and backyard. Don did a expert job and I'm very happy with his work.

4 years ago I meet Don, after getting to know him my view of the electrical industry has never been the same. He is constantly thriving to give his customers a fair and quality service. He goes out of his way every time to insure all his jobs are completed to the highest quality every time. It’s not everyday you meet a man like this in this industry! If it has Dons name I promise you that you are in amazing hands!

Don knows how to talk to women about electrical work!! This should not have to be my top comment, but other women will understand and appreciate it. Over the years, almost all electricians, plumbers, contractors, etc. we've had over our house to give us estimates ignore me and talk down to me (I'm a woman) and instead talk to my husband, even if I'm the one who called and scheduled their visit, have relevant knowledge, and am running the project. Don easily carried on conversation with me about the details of the job and took my cue on items that were joint decisions between my husband and I by addressing us both equally. If you are tired of sexist contractors, call Don. His work for us included running buried electrical to our shed with panel, ground, recessed lights, outlets, and switches. His communications and work were timely, clear, and detailed. I appreciated his way of bringing us in as partners on the project, rather than just clients. With a co-creative approach (no pressure) he explained different options to us, gave us ideas on how to maximize our trench digging labor, and fixed small items a previous electrician didn't do well. Don is a friendly, thoughtful, all around good guy, and yes, did excellent work. You'll be glad you hired him!
